Due to the nature of our products (natural jade stones, each piece is unique), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

All items are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Slight variations in color, texture, and inclusions are natural characteristics of jade and not considered defects.
